This gem, located in Vantačići, approximately 2 km from Malinska, 250 m from the Vantačići beach, offers you a holiday, in a stone house surrounded by a carefully landscaped courtyard and a garden with associated parking. Stone house Luka is spread on the ground floor surrounded with greenery with no steps at the private entrance. The house itself extends to 38 m2. Entering the house you will be greeted by an open space which consists of a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom with shower. It is equipped with all the accessories that will make your stay easy and comfortable. The house has one bedroom with a double bed and an extra pullout bed for two in the living room. WiFi is available throughout the house and there is a wood stove, air conditioning and TV in the living room. The whole house is decorated in a rural style, which also reflects the exterior. In it you will find a tiled and covered terrace of 40 m2 with an outdoor dining room and deck chairs and another stone table in the not covered area. Alongside a stone barbecue ready to prepare all your meals surrounded by nature in the circle of your loved ones. The courtyard continues to the part where there is a small square full of greenery and flowers with a stone well which brings back the spirit of ancient times to this beautiful ambience and the depiction of indigenous life on this sunny island. Malinska the closest bigger town is situated in a wooded bay on the western side of the island of Krk. The island itself is the second biggest island in the Adriatic sea. One of the best features of this area is the climate with little rain and about 260 sunny days per year. Malinska and the surrounding coastal towns were once little fishing settlements but now this area is a vibrant tourist destination, offering its guests a multitude of cultural sites and social events.
