De Luxe Apartments Elisa 1 is situated on the ground floor and can be accessed through a common entrance. De Luxe Apartments Elisa 1 has an open modern layout equipped with all accessories consisting of a fully equiped kitchen (refrigerator/freezer, owen, hood, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water cooker, dishwasher) ,dining room and living room. Three bedrooms with double beds and one bathroom with shower and additional separate toilet. Wifi, underfloor heating and central cooling are available throughout. The apartment has a courtyard, terrace with outdoor dining area and lawn perfect for your little ones to enjoy. This is the only apartment on the proprety that has its own pool with an outdoor shower and deck chairs perfect for getting the desired complexion during your vacation. In the basement you will find a small pantry with a washing machine. Your tin pets can be housed in the parking lot inside the fenced yard.
