This newly built apartment is ideal for a vacation for two, or for families with children, who want access to all town amenities, restaurants, caffes, beaches and the promenade on foot. The apartment is equipped with WiFI, Sat Tv and air conditioning. You can freely leave your vehicle during the holidays in the parking lot next to the apartment. This beachfront property has a private entrance, and there are a couple of stairs that lead to the apartment. The apartment itself is located on the ground floor. It consists of a kitchen, dining room and open plan living room that continues onto the terrace and a section with grass. Two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Rooms are equiped with TV, air conditioning and a safe. The bathroom has a shower, bidet and washing machine. The entire space is equipped with underfloor heating and WiFi. The terrace is covered and equipped with a seating area where you can enjoy your meals and beverages with a direct view of the sea and Malinska Bay. On the grassy part there is a outdoor shower, deck chairs ideal for soaking in the sun with a good book. OBLIGATORY EXTRA CHARGES: Registration fee: 4 eur per person once

Malinska is situated in a wooded bay on the western side of the island of Krk. The island itself is the second biggest island in the Adriatic sea. One of the best features of this area is the climate with little rain and about 260 sunny days per year. Malinska and the surrounding coastal towns were once little fishing settlements but now this area is a vibrant tourist destination, offering its guests a multitude of cultural sites and social events. The lush intact Mediterranean vegetation is another top feature to be enjoyed during your visit and will shurrely help with leaving all the stress from the everyday life behind. Along the coast of Malinska and the wider area guests are free to enjoy a walk on the promenade, have a snack or a drink at the meny little bars and restaurants along the way, and the pletitude of beaches will have each of your needs meet for a perfect sunny holiday. Malinska offers its guests a number of interesting activities during their stay, such as half-day and full-day boat or bus trips, diving for experienced and inexperienced, quad biking, a number of bike and hiking trails that stretch throughout the island, sightseeing and getting to know the locals and their culture. Malinska Bus Station is 400 m from the accommodation, while Malinska beach is less than 100 m away, the nearest airport is Rijeka 15 km from the apartment.
